Raffinato Bridal is committed to providing the highest customer satisfaction in completing your order and providing you with the desired gown for your wedding. The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase from Raffinato Bridal. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled, due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances. Likewise our designers are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed. Please be sure your style, size, colour and/ or any other specifications stated on your order before we place your order.


Ordering

The sales consultants are Raffinato Bridal are trained to take accurate measurements of the client at time of purchase and then match the various size charts depending on the designer and product. Designers provide their own size chart and vary depending on the designer. Raffinato Bridal is not liable for changes in the client’s measurements from time of order to collection once size and measurement has been agreed upon by client and consultant.

Gowns may be purchased as either:

Made-to-order: Our gowns are standard size gowns that are ordered in. These are not made to measure gowns, as every bride is different in shape and therefore alterations are likely to be required. Your dress size is based on your measurements at the time. We will order in your gown to your biggest part of your body. Raffinato Bridal is NOT responsible for any alterations or any alterations due to weight lose/ gain. After the sales order has been signed and order placed Raffinato Bridal cannot and will not accept responsibility should your body measurements fluctuate after the initial measurements are taken. Alteration fees are NOT included in the price of the dress.

Off-the-rack: These are discontinued sample gown that are offered for sale in its current condition as is. Any alterations or additions to the gown are extra. Please check your items thoroughly before you leave, once they leave the premises they are no longer the responsibility of Raffinato Bridal. Alteration fees are NOT included in the price of the dress.
Orders are to be placed in store, by email or by phone. Raffinato Bridal does not hold any liability for orders via phone or email with incorrect measurements given. For in store orders, sizes are agreed upon by the client and Raffinato Bridal Consultants and are of no liability of Raffinato Bridal once orders has been placed and agreed upon by the client. Sizes are determined by the closest size available according to the designer sizing charts. Raffinato Bridal made to order gowns are not made to measure. They are the closest size and height and agreed upon by the customer when placing the order.

Payments

Customers are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit on the date of ordering their gown. This price is required to secure your order. You can also pay upfront and get a 5% discount off the price of the dress. The balance must be fully paid on the date you collect your wedding dress. From there it is completely up to you how you pay, whether it is installments along the way or you leave the final balance until collection. No goods may be removed from the premises and will remain on the property of Raffinato Bridal until full payment of the order has been fulfilled. Only credit card EFT, direct deposit or cash payment is accepted. Payment of deposit means you accept our terms and conditions. Gown orders will only commence production after initial deposit has been accepted.

Cancellations of orders

All sales are final due to the special nature of our merchandise; we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances. Likewise our designers are unable to cancel or make changes or modifications to an order once it has been placed. Please be sure your style, size, colour and/ or any other specifications stated on your order before we place your order.

As soon as your 50% deposit is paid, we place will place your order so the designer can order materials or begin the production process. Once your dress has started to be made there are no cancellations and you are not entitled to a refund, whatever the reason as we are obliged by our suppliers and contractors to honour those orders. For this reason, your deposits are forfeited and dress order will still have to be paid in full– regardless of ANY circumstance.

In the case of off the rack sales, the purchase cost is also forfeited as we have either cleaned your gown or have removed it from purchase, therefore losing a potential sale.

Refund and Exchange Policy

We currently operate a No Refund & Exchange policy – once you have ordered there is no option to refund or exchange. As your gown in made to your specifications and measurements it cannot be sold on to recoup costs.

All brides – by paying your deposit you are thereby adhering to these terms and conditions.

By paying your final invoice you are also acknowledging and accepting these terms and conditions.

It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before going ahead.

Non-Collection of goods

You are required to collect your gown within 1 month once contacted. If you do not collect your dress in that time frame you will be charged a monthly storage fee of $100 a month. Your gown will remain the property of Raffinato Bridal until all monies have been paid in full.

If your ordered dress has not been collected and paid for in full, within 3 months of it arriving in store the invoice will become void, Raffinato Bridal will no longer supply the gown and the customer forfeits any monies paid the uncollected gown will be returned to stock and resold.

A garment left on our premises in storage after completion of sale is left at the customer’s own risk. We do not take any responsibility for a garment once it has left our possession.

Estimated Arrival of Merchandise

The estimated delivery provided indicates an approximate time frame the designer will ship the order to Raffinato Bridal. The time frame is an estimate only and determined by the designer.
Designers estimated delivery time frames are tentative and subject to change according to their production schedule. Designers cannot guarantee their delivery dates. Designers reserve the right to change their deliver time’s frames at their discretion and without advance notice.

Most often, order arrive on or before the estimated delivery time frame. However, designers may experience slight delays in their production and/shipping schedule, which can affect an orders delivery to Raffinato Bridal. Raffinato Bridal does not maintain or have control of a designer’s production or shipping schedule.

Delivery

Standard delivery from designer to Raffinato Bridal is approximately 15-25 weeks. Rush delivery is approximately 10-14 weeks and incurs an extra fee. These time frames are estimate only and subject to change. Estimated delivery times vary between products.

If you are requesting your gown to be shipped to you. You acknowledge that Raffinato Bridal is not responsible for your shipping cost, taxes, Duties and Customs charges. We will provide you with a quote for shipping. This quote does not include taxes, Duties and Customs Charges. It is your responsibility to find out what these costs are.

Your dress will not be shipped until you have paid us the cost of delivery. All shipping is tracked and is insurance.

Shipping within Australia

When shipping within Australia, all prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Shipping to the Outside Australia

When shipping outside Australia, all prices are in Australian dollars prices and inclusive of shipping costs. It does not include, taxes, Duties and Customs Charges It is your responsibility to find out what these costs are. Raffinato Bridal is not responsible for any shipping cost, taxes, Duties and Customs Charges.

Alterations

The price of our gowns EXCLUDES all costs in respect of alterations. Alterations are not performed in house and are extra cost and the responsibility of the client. We do recommend an alteration company in Perth, however we are not affiliated and they are a separate entity. All our brides will be given a special discount voucher when the collect their dress. Raffinato Bridal does not know what the alteration will cost. Our preferred Alteration place advises us that they can cost anywhere from $500 to $1300 depending on what they bride is having done. However, these are just estimations they need to see the dress in person to determine what alterations are needed and to see the dress in person before they can give an exact price. It is the responsibility of the customer to liaise timing and cost & works with their chosen alteration company.

Garment Care

Only use professional dry cleaners specializing in bridal gowns. Some garments are made of various materials, each of which require different requirements for care. Please use bridal professional dry cleaners only.

Liability

Raffinato bridal is not responsible for acts beyond the reasonable control of including without limitation act of God, war, riot, civil commotion or terrorist attack, malicious damage, accident, fire, flood or storm.
